Do we ship worldwide?
Yes.
How long will my order take to get to me?
All orders are freshly made and bottled to order therefore, we have a processing time of 1-4 BUSINESS days (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS). Depending on the method of shipping chosen at check out, your shipping time will be in addition to the processing time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can check your status on your shipping for daily updates.
I made a mistake! Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, we can try our best to fix any changes/errors in order placement. In order for us to help you please email us at beautyblossomskin@gmail.com as soon as realizing any errors.
What should I do if my package says delivered but I have not received it?
Once orders have left our facility, it becomes property of the shipper. Therefore, Beauty Blossom Skin is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you experience anything of the sort, please contact the postal office. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package please contact us at beautyblossomskin@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.
Do we accept any returns?
Due to sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If for some reason you feel you may have a circumstance in which your order needs to be returned or exchanged, please contact us at beautyblossomskin@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package.
